The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the property's exterior and common areas to ensure a clean, safe, and appealing environment. Emphasizing safety and professionalism, the Groundskeeper supports the community's visual appeal and assists with property upkeep tasks, including snow removal and preparing vacant units for new residents.

Requirements

• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly
• Basic tools required, to include personal smart phone technology.
• To be hired, candidates will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug test.

• 3+ years of Groundskeeping experience
