What You'll Do
As a Groundskeeper, you’ll bring the LUMA Playbook to life by:

Requirements

• Are physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
• Have a sharp eye for spotting trash, debris, or hazards and the ability to address them promptly.
• Understand pool chemical requirements (knowledge preferred, but training can be provided).
• Possess basic tools for the job, including pliers, a 6” crescent wrench, screwdriver, and hammer.
• Are comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a reliable, insured motor vehicle.
• Bring a team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude to work each day.

Nice To Haves

• Have prior experience in groundskeeping or landscaping (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Maintaining Community Grounds: Keep common areas, walkways, and parking lots clean, safe, and free of debris or hazards.
• Enhancing Curb Appeal: Perform landscaping tasks, including watering flowerpots, ensuring irrigation coverage, and contributing to the overall beauty of the property.
• Ensuring Safety & Cleanliness: Monitor and maintain recreational areas, pools, and playgrounds, ensuring they are safe and welcoming.
• Supporting Maintenance: Collaborate with the maintenance team to assist with property repairs and report any issues or safety concerns.
• Attention to Detail: Remove trash and cigarette butts with care, ensuring every corner of the property reflects LUMA’s high standards.
