Requirements
- Facilities maintenance experience in hospitality or related field, or groundskeeping/landscaping experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a valid state Driver’s License.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive approach to dealing with issues.
Nice To Haves
- Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and basic finishing a plus.
Responsibilities
- Maintains grounds of outside property as assigned, including parking lot, landscape areas, garage, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, etc.
- Performs minor repairs of asphalt or concrete.
- Performs directional signage repair.
- Paints parking lot stripes, curbs, etc.
- Cleans grounds and removes litter as needed.
- Responsible for safe and efficient use of heavy equipment and machinery, including sweepers, mowers, trimming equipment, pressure washers, and aerial man lifts.
- Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
