About The Position

Fogelman is growing and adding a Full-Time Groundskeeper to split time between 2 properties in East Memphis - The Vineyards Apartments, located in Germantown, and Madison Shelby Farms. We are interviewing professional, detail-oriented candidates to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses experience as a Groundskeeper at an apartment community, is dedicated and detail-oriented, a team player, and provides exceptional customer service skills. Requirements

  • A valid Driver’s License is required for this position.
  • Attention to detail with ability to work independently.
  • Depending on the property, a valid driver's license and automobile insurance may be required.

Nice To Haves

  • One year of groundskeeping experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Picking up and maintaining community grounds.
  • Cleaning the office and amenity areas.
  • Removal of trash in common areas.
  • Operation and maintenance of the trash compactor and its surrounding area.
  • Cleaning exterior buildings and breezeways, including pressure washing.
  • Minor maintenance including light bulb changes and upkeep of the pool area.
  • Assists maintenance team with turnover of make-ready apartments.
  • Weekend work may be required.
  • Adhere to all company policies including but not limited to safety and Fair Housing.
  • Other job duties as assigned.
