About The Position

Groundskeeper- CLK Is currently seeking a Groundskeeper to join our team! Our community aesthetic is one of our highest importance when arriving on our community. Our Groundskeeper is responsible for helping to maintain the physical appearance of community grounds, pools, buildings and assisting our maintenance team with market ready units. Responsibilities included, not limited to:

Requirements

  • Pre-employment drug screening and criminal screening. A driver’s license is required in all positions, except for the Groundskeeper, depending on community size.
  • Work Location: This position is on premise position. The groundskeeper, while performing the job, will be required to stand, walk, crouch, bend, and lift objects regularly throughout the day. Frequent standing and use of arms and legs. The position requires you to physically lift 10 or more pounds on a regular basis with or without reasonable accommodation. CLK requires weights exceeding 50 pounds to be accomplished with assistance from one or more people.
  • Working Environment: Outdoors 66%-100% of the time. The groundskeeper position is responsible for the upkeep of the exterior and interior of the community. This requires a constant need to be in the outside conditions and weather elements to perform the job duties.
  • Full Time
  • Some weekends may be necessary based on business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Picking up and removing litter, debris, and pet waste from around the community grounds
  • Removing trash from buildings, building breezeways and common areas
  • Keeping amenities free from trash and debris
  • Remove trash, replace trash cans and liners in all the common areas
  • Pressure wash sidewalks, buildings, and breezeways
  • Blow sidewalks, buildings and breezeways
  • Removing trash from buildings and breezeways
  • Clearing trash and debris from storm drains around the community
  • Removing trash from dedicated trash areas and operating trash compactor, if applicable
  • Cleaning and preparing market ready units
  • Removing furniture, assistant with moving appliances in vacated apartments
  • Cleaning of the community pools, furniture, and outdoor areas
  • Clean air conditioner vents and replace filters
  • Replace exterior lights in common areas, building breezeway or other buildings as needed
  • Clean and remove debris from dryer vents in laundry facilities
  • Distribute resident notices if necessary
