About The Position

We are hiring dedicated and motivated Grounds/Pool Technician positions for numerous communities. Our Porter/Grounds play a key part in our team and are recognized and rewarded for their hard work. Ensuring your property maintains exceptional curb appeal by keeping the grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained General grounds and pool maintenance Landscape-planting and weeding Trash pickup and removal Performing cleaning, basic maintenance and repair of pools and hot tubs. Other duties: Trimming, water plants, hang flyers, sweep grounds, etc. M-F: 8am-4:30pm and Saturday/Sunday for roughly 2 hours to check pool chemicals. (Can shorten weekday hours if they do not want OT) Richdale is more than where you work, it’s your home.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of landscaping or grounds experience required
CPO (Certified Pool Operator Certification) preferred
Experience in maintaining commercial grounds preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver's license required
Strong customer service orientation
Have an eye for detail to ensure property is presentable for new & existing residents
Perform light maintenance
Ability to consistently display a positive attitude
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

CPO (Certified Pool Operator Certification) preferred
Experience in maintaining commercial grounds preferred
