About The Position

Requirements
- General interest in custodial and or maintenance work and an ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment used in grounds keeping, such as blowers and power washers.
- Ability to follow detailed oral/written instructions.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or on-call.
