About The Position

As our Groundskeeper, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the property. You’ll help create an inviting environment residents are proud to call home — through quality care, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Requirements

• Experience or working knowledge of grounds care and basic maintenance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented team player
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude with a courteous and cooperative approach

Responsibilities

• Maintaining community grounds to ensure a clean, well-kept appearance
• Picking up debris and keeping all outdoor areas tidy
• Assisting with light maintenance tasks when needed
• Completing service requests promptly and efficiently (within 24 hours)
• Following OSHA safety guidelines and company policies
• Supporting the Property Manager and Maintenance Team as needed
