About The Position

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 35 Work Shift: Days/Afternoons (United States of America) The Groundskeeper will assist the Clean Corps Site Supervisor in leading the daily activities of the Clean Corps workforce training program. This individual will support the Clean Corps mission to clean and care for community-selected lots, alleys, and trash cans. The Grounds Keeper will serve as an on-the-ground support, helping to coach, transport crew members, reporting daily site activities, and to ensure high-quality work and efficient team operations. Assist in educating and training Clean Corps Crew Members on proper safety protocols and tool use to ensure safe and efficient work practices. Support the Clean Corps Site Supervisor in ensuring all required metrics and benchmarks are met in a timely fashion. Document and track daily activities with appropriate documentation to be uploaded into specified data tracking system. Support and assist Clean Corps Crew Members during daily operations. Plan, schedule, and execute maintenance of selected sites, ensuring high standards of professionalism and adherence to neighborhood leaders’ and Baltimore City’s specifications. Promote the importance of soft skills such as punctuality, teamwork, and communication among Clean Corps Crew Members Perform landscaping work and site improvements, including mowing, trimming, removing trash, cleaning alleyways, emptying trash cans, and assisting in the daily removal of trash and debris to refuge sites in collaboration with other team members. Assist in maintaining program equipment, and address equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly. Bon Secours is an equal opportunity employer.
