About The Position

SUMMARY: Responsible for keeping assigned grounds and outside areas clean and free of debris, presenting the Company’s customers a safe and pleasant sight.

• Preferred ground maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interacts effectively with the public and Team Members.
• Perform excellent customer service at all time.
• Responsible for removing all trash from assigned areas.
• Maintains all trash receptacle areas, ensuring all trash is in and not strewn around the area.
• Maintains lawn areas by mowing, edging and keeping lawns free of weeds.
• Operates all equipment and uses chemicals in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions and in a safe manner.
• Ensures all plant beds are free of weeds, dead flowers, etc.
• Maintain & repair irrigation sprinklers & pipes.
• Maintains appropriate fertilizer and water levels on grass, shrubs, plants, etc.
• Must have valid California drivers license.
• Maintains all lawn equipment; ensures cleanliness and working conditions.
• Any reasonable request made by management.
