Requirements

Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

Perform general landscaping tasks such as mowing, weed-eating, edging, trimming, and pruning of trees and shrubs.
Perform regular maintenance and repair of tools and equipment used in groundskeeping.
Daily janitorial tasks such as mopping, bathroom cleaning, office cleaning, etc.
Ensure that walkways, parking lots, and other outdoor areas are clean and free from debris.
Remove litter and fallen leaves from the grounds.
Collaborate with the team to plan and execute landscaping projects.
Other related duties as assigned.
Adhere to safety guidelines and practices at all times.
