About The Position

Point Real Estate Management is seeking a full time Groundskeeper to add to our team! This position will support multiple properties in Madison, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will enjoy working outside to maintain the properties appearances. The Groundskeeper will ensure the community grounds remain clean and visually appealing. He or she will be tasked with caring for lawns, trees, shrubs, and ground cover to ensure they remain green and healthy.

Requirements

General grounds, yard and maintenance experience preferred
Valid driver’s license with good driving record and auto insurance.
Reliable vehicle to travel between local properties
High School diploma or GED

Responsibilities

Pick up litter daily
Sweep/blow breezeways
Clean areas around dumpsters
Clean out vacant apartments
Clean common spaces, hallways, laundry room, etc
Water, as needed
Use insecticides, fertilizers and herbicides as needed
Reseed lawn and replant, if necessary
Properly stake trees
Properly prune trees and shrubs
Weed lawns and all other planted areas
Make drainage corrections
Assist in Make-Readies and other maintenance work as directed
