As a Groundskeeper, you are responsible for helping the community look vibrant, clean, and welcoming for current and future residents.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience doing similar or equivalent duties.
• A high school education or equivalent.
• Must have excellent customer service and time management skills.
• Willingness and desire to learn new skills.
• Employment with Kairoi is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening, as well as your possession of a valid driver’s license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all community grounds, tour pathways, breezeways, stairwells, parking lots, amenity areas, and dumpster areas are clean and free of debris.
• Help with the make-ready process of the apartment homes by removing trash, painting, cleaning, etc.
• Assist in routine community inspections and complete groundskeeping, landscaping, exterior painting and repairs, irrigation tasks, and pool upkeep tasks as directed by the Service Manager.
