Requirements

2-3 years of related experience and/or training in groundskeeping, including pool and spa maintenance (required)
Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test

Responsibilities

Maintain the facility’s grounds by mowing lawns, trimming, edging walkways, and pruning trees and shrubs
Rake leaves, remove litter, plant and water greenery, and repair or paint outdoor structures such as fences and walkways
Clean drainage areas, sharpen landscaping tools, and perform minor equipment repairs
Maintain confidentiality and uphold safety standards
