About The Position
Workforce Solutions partners directly with teams looking to hire top talent. We are currently working with a local golf resort seeking a reliable and motivated Groundskeeper for their Edgerton, WI location. This position will help maintain the appearance and playability of the golf resort. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors and being part of a team that takes pride in maintaining a beautiful course.
Requirements
- Enjoys outdoor work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Previous golf course or landscaping experience is helpful, but not required
Responsibilities
- Maintain golf course grounds, greens, fairways, and landscaped areas
- Mow, trim, rake bunkers, and assist with general landscaping tasks
- Operate basic groundskeeping equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with seasonal projects and course set-up as needed
