About The Position

The groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the grounds for the organization including lawns, planting areas, parking, irrigation, pruning, edging, weed control, equipment maintenance and other duties as needed. In the Winter months there will be indoor work to patch and paint as needed. The groundskeeper is part of the maintenance department has the support of the maintenance engineers as needed.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to obtain a pesticide applicators license.
• Must be able to work outdoors in a range of conditions.
• Must be able to safely use a range of equipment such as mower, trimmer, blower, edger, tractor and UTV as well as hand tools such as shovels and rakes.

Nice To Haves

• Education, training or experience in landscaping.
