About The Position
This position works under the supervision of the Plant Services Manager. Keeps the grounds, entrances, courtyards, and exits, of the building clean and presentable. Empties exterior trash receptacles on a regular basis.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/G.E.D. (required)
- Or Equivalent Experience Equivalent combination of education and experience (required)
- California Drivers License - Other With an acceptable driving record (required)
- The ability to read, write legibly, understand, and follow oral and written English instruction.
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with others.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
