Role Overview As a Groundskeeper, you are responsible for maintaining and improving the landscapes around buildings and facilities making sure that the community always looks its best. Responsible for helping to maintain the entire property in an attractive, comfortable condition Clean interior and exterior areas of buildings on a daily basis as well as performing additional seasonal cleaning tasks Pick up and remove trash and debris from the property and dispose of it appropriately on a daily basis Assist in all types of maintenance requests and resident functions as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and improving the landscapes around buildings and facilities
• Maintaining the entire property in an attractive, comfortable condition
