SUMMARY: Performs skilled landscaping and manual work necessary to maintain university properties. Requirements
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Proficient in English written and verbal communication skills
- Highly thorough and dependable
- Basic knowledge of grounds maintenance and the equipment required to perform ground maintenance duties
- Basic knowledge of groundskeeping and elementary horticultural practices and procedures
- Some knowledge of the pruning and trimming requirement of shrubs and trees
- Must have a valid Driver's License and be able to produce a driving record with a minimum of 3 years of driving history in good standing
- H.S. Diploma or GED required
Nice To Haves
- Less than 2 years prior work experience in landscape maintenance preferred
