About The Position

Beztak, a national Real Estate Development, Construction, and Property Management company, wants you to join our family of talented individuals. We are seeking to hire bright, dynamic leaders who have a passion for service and a commitment to excellence. Beztak is looking to hire a Groundskeeper to join our team. This position is responsible for the physical condition of the property and grounds, as well as installation of plant material on the community grounds.

Requirements

• Excellent time management skills
• Strong initiative
• High school diploma preferred
• Able to work flexible scheduled when needed

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the physical condition of common areas and grounds to ensure a clean, debris-free, and top-quality environment
• Assisting service team with requests to ensure service requests are handled in a timely manner
• Complies with company safety policy at all times
• Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle to perform job duties. Must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes
• Working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills
