Apply at: https://friendshipvillageiowa.applicantpro.com/jobs/ Friendship Village is seeking a Full Time Groundskeeper to work with our Maintenance team preforming general grounds maintenance and some maintenance and upkeep on buildings and apartments for our senior residents. As a Groundskeeper you will be responsible for tree trimming, lawn care, snow removal, other landscaping duties and general building maintenance. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Prior grounds keeping experience required
Able to safely operate landscaping equipment without restrictions
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Residents, Staff and Guests.
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work involves moderate to heavy work in all types of weather.
There is a frequent need to stand, stop, walk, lift heavy objects (up to 100 pounds) and perform other similar actions during the course of the workday.
