About The Position
The Groundskeeper is responsible for efficiently maintaining the physical appearance of the apartment community’s grounds, pools and buildings
Requirements

- Knowledge of pool maintenance and general grounds care
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and cleaning of grounds/common areas
- Accompany vendors to apartments
- Distribute resident notices to residents
- Report any maintenance problems
