Requirements

High School Diploma
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to set priorities
Reliable transportation to travel to and between buildings with equipment and attend business meetings and trainings

Responsibilities

Remove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter
Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready
Assist maintenance team with snow removal (If applicable)
Assist in the troubleshoot/repair of mechanical, carpentry and electrical problems
Deliver communication documentation to residents
Learns and ensures compliance with all company, local, state and federal safety rules
Contribute to resident retention programs
Report any maintenance concerns for repairs on available apartments, models, clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor
Lawn Maintenance
Low level landscaping projects
Water flowers in containers as needed in the summer.
Water grass and shrubs in the summer to prevent drying or browning.
Pull weeds in rock beds, sidewalk and driveway cracks and other areas.
Plant and nurture new trees, flowers, and various plants.
Trim bushes as needed.
Work with hand tools and basic light machinery (hedge trimmer, rake, shovel)
Maintain a clean garden by clearing rubbish and litter from the garden.
Update management on matters related to the gardening work.
Ensure a safe environment for staff and clients by adhering to safety and health regulations.
