About The Position
Maintains grounds of hospital to be clean and aesthetically pleasing. Work as liaison for Engineering, Security and contract grounds maintenance companies. Ensuring trash collection, flower planting, pressure washing and overall appearance of the exterior of the hospital is maintained.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- At least 1 year grounds maintenance experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and follow through with routine assignments.
- Knowledge of minor grounds maintenance equipment.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate with people of various backgrounds throughout the organization.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a professional and customer centric composure in difficult or challenging situations.
- Ability to work from broad directions and be self motivated.
