We have an opening for a Groundskeeper. Pay $15 and up, based on experience Lakeview Groundskeepers are responsible for care and maintenance of the grounds at Lakeview Village so as to make the community aesthetically pleasing and desirable place to live. Requirements

GED or High School Graduation Preferred.
Current, unrestricted, valid driver's license.
Must be 18 years of age or older due to Federal Regulations on certain equipment used in this position.
Possesses an empathetic approach to the elderly.
Able to work in a team setting with residents, relatives, staff, and others.
Able to meet the physical demands of the job.
Maximum occasional lift of 50 lbs from floor-51 inches; maximum occasional carry of 50 lbs for 100 ft; maximum occasional push horizontal force of 50 lbs at 35 inch height for distance of 3 ft; maximum occasional push/pull vertical force of 40 lbs at height of 35 inches; maximum occasional grip force of 90 lbs; maximum frequent forward reach for distance of 40 inches; maximum occasional lateral reach of 35 in; maximum occasional overhead reach to height of 80 inches; constant bend; occasional crouch/kneel; constant neck flexion; frequent trunk rotation; frequent hand coordination; occasional foot coordination; occasional balance; constant standing/walking; occasional sitting.
