About The Position

Responsible for taking care of the Grounds at the Bavarian Inn Lodge, the outside shops, and the residences. Responsible for maintaining Bavarian Inn Lodge high standards and working condition of building, equipment, and furnishings. Responsible for preventative maintenance to minimize future problems and expenditures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Additional knowledge equivalent to one year experience of light repair and maintenance.
• Ability to continually reach, stretch, bend, lift items heavy weights (75 lbs.).
• Ability to use/climb ladders and be on feet for continuous length of time.
• Ability to drive Lodge vehicles and to be insured.
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors year around.
