ParkVista Apartments is now hiring for a Groundskeeper.

Requirements

• Previous experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Upkeep of all common areas of the property including interior hallways, exterior grounds, parking lot and pool maintenance
• Prepare recently vacated apartments for market readiness
• Respond to service work orders, perform painting and pressure washing duties
• Changing light bulbs
• Assist the maintenance team with work orders, moving furniture (trash outs)
• Expect heavy lifting, changing out toilet flappers
• Furniture removals
• Responsible for maintaining peak appearance of the property exterior at all times
