About The Position

Our Groundskeepers are essential team members who maintain the overall curb appeal of our apartment communities. This role ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents while providing excellent customer service. What You'll Do Below is a snapshot of what this role is all about. While there is more to it, this is the core focus.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of previous experience as a Groundskeeper or similar function preferred.
• Ability to speak and understand English.
• General computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of and ability to use grounds tools and equipment.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Property Maintenance Perform daily property walks and maintain curb appeal.
• Remove trash and debris from common areas.
• Assist with seasonal property needs like snow removal and leaf clearance.
• Operations Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ensure proper use and storage of tools and vehicles.
• Customer Service Respond to resident needs promptly and professionally.
• Communicate work status and potential issues to the Service Manager.
• Safety & Compliance Follow OSHA and company safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
