About The Position
We’re hiring an experienced Groundskeeper to keep our property looking sharp. No more seasonal layoffs — this is steady, year-round work with great pay and benefits.
Requirements
- 6+ months landscaping/grounds work
- Able to run mowers, trimmers, and other equipment
- Willing to work outside year-round
- Friendly and dependable
Responsibilities
- Pick up trash, clean lots, curbs, and common areas
- Mow, trim, edge, rake, fertilize, and maintain flowerbeds
- Light tree/bush trimming + irrigation checks
- Snow removal in winter
- Pool cleaning and seasonal prep
- Help the maintenance team when needed
