About The Position

Warm Valley Health Care (WVHC) is seeking a dependable and motivated Groundskeeper to join our Facilities & Maintenance team. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and beauty of our clinic grounds, contributing to a healing environment that reflects the values of the Wind River Reservation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in landscaping or groundskeeping
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Commitment to safety and cultural sensitivity

Nice To Haves

• Experience in healthcare or tribal settings
• Knowledge of regional plants and irrigation systems
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance (mowing, trimming, planting, snow removal, etc.)
• Maintain walkways, parking lots, and outdoor areas in a safe and welcoming condition
• Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment
• Support seasonal tasks and community events
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
