Ensures the physical aspects of the community are maintained and standards are met regarding the grounds, amenities and overall curb appeal and provides support to the service team members. This role involves inspecting the community daily to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, ensuring all common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter at all times. The Groundskeeper also removes trash and remaining items from vacant apartments, cleans and maintains storage areas, completes minor and routine service requests, assists the make-ready specialist in the turn process, changes locks, and ensures pool gates are working according to codes and safety standards. Additionally, the role includes distributing notices to residents, informing supervisors of hazards, demonstrating customer service skills, and complying with Greystar’s safety and risk-management policies.
