About The Position

Atlantic Blueberry RV Park in Port Republic, NJ is a pet-friendly 175 site all-age campground that offers a wide variety of outdoor activities and full-service amenities to our guests. Park amenities include a large activity lodge, pool, playground, beach volleyball court, basketball court, horseshoes pit, and various theme and campground events. Port Republic is 15 miles North of the Atlantic City strip and beaches. Atlantic Blueberry RV Park is operated by Applebrook Homes, LLC. We are a growing niche commercial real estate company driven by a team of entrepreneurial professionals. Position Summary: The Groundskeeper is primarily responsible for performing a variety of landscaping maintenance duties such as mow lawns, plant flowers, remove debris from property grounds, and ensure our communities are well maintained and look presentable while delivering quality customer service.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of groundskeeping experience, required.
• Customer Service Experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language at a level sufficient to communicate effectively with residents, guests, and co-workers.
• Motivation and dedication to serving customers and a job well done.
• Proficient with various hand tools and power equipment.
• Must be within commuting distance from the property.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the facility grounds including cleanliness and maintenance to company expectations.
• Report maintenance and/or grounds concerns to management.
• Mow lawns, treat weeds, trim trees and hedges, and general landscaping as requested by management.
• Upkeep of onsite buildings, sidewalks, and pool area, including light rehabilitation tasks, painting and power washing.
• Collecting yard waste, trash/debris, cleaning building facilities, and emptying common area trash containers.
• Maintain swimming pool and pool area.
• Dispense propane as needed.
• Maintain company-owned rental units (cleaning and repairing as needed).
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.
