The groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the hotel property to ensure it upholds a high standard of quality. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision.
Maintain and clean all outdoor areas of the hotel property, including sidewalks, driveways, and parking garages.
Ensure the hotel property is kept in excellent condition.
Possess a thorough understanding of Omni fire alarm procedures and other emergency protocols.
Open and close work requests as necessary.
Utilize moderate to heavy equipment, such as leaf blowers, power washers, and other tools, to complete assigned tasks.
Operate the freight elevator when required.
Ability to work outdoors for extended periods (at least 8 hours per shift).
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including AM/PM, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for long periods (at least 8 hours per shift).
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
