About The Position
We're Hiring a Groundskeeper to complete make readys, resolve minor work orders, assist with preventative maintenance, and to support the day to day onsite operations under the direction of our Lead Maintenance Technician and Community Manager. This position is full time, as a Maintenance Technician II you'll learn from the ground up day to day apartment maintenance work. Keep on developing and let Morguard help you to get your HVAC certification! Salary is $20/hr.
