About The Position

Groundskeeper / Scrapper / Warehouse Delivery Driver (Must be 21 years old) Parobek Plumbing & A/C is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper/Scrapper/Warehouse Delivery Driver motivated by the opportunity for a long-term career with advancement potential. Our team of skilled home service professionals specializes in optimizing plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems. Job Overview This multifaceted role covers maintaining outdoor areas, collecting and processing recyclable materials, scheduled trash removal, staging and delivering materials between warehouses and client sites, and supporting inventory management. Responsibilities include landscaping, operating trucks and warehouse equipment, dismantling items for recycling, verifying orders, restocking, cargo handling, and maintaining accurate delivery records. Employees are expected to maintain a clean driving record, achieve timely deliveries (with at least 98% accuracy), comply strictly with safety protocols, and provide excellent customer service. This position requires work in extreme hot/humid and cold conditions.

Requirements

At least 21 years old (required by insurance).
Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Able to work in varied weather conditions including extreme heat and cold.

Nice To Haves

Experience with landscaping tools preferred.
Warehouse or recycling experience beneficial.
Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Load and unload parts, equipment, and recyclable goods.
Operate trucks, lift gates, pallet jacks, and landscaping tools.
Organize and secure loads for safe transit.
Verify order accuracy, item counts, and condition.
Maintain and clean vehicles, warehouse, and outdoor grounds.
Receive, restock, and manage inventory.
Coordinate deliveries between job sites and warehouses.
Manage computerized purchase order and shipment systems.
Assist technicians with product/material research.
Follow safety procedures for material handling and vehicle operation.
Maintain landscaping equipment.
Complete scheduled trash removal and recycling tasks daily.
Achieve timely deliveries while upholding accuracy and zero safety violations.
Uphold traffic regulations and company policies.
