We’re looking for a dependable Groundskeeper/Porter to help keep our community clean, safe, and well-maintained. This role supports the maintenance team with daily upkeep, light repairs, and unit turns while helping create a great environment for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the community, including grounds, amenities, and common areas
• Pick up trash, debris, and pet waste daily to keep the property looking its best
• Assist with make-ready tasks for vacant units (cleaning, painting, minor repairs)
• Complete minor maintenance tasks and service requests when assigned
• Support preventative maintenance efforts across the property
• Help maintain pool areas, including skimming, basic chemical checks, and general upkeep
• Replace light bulbs, air filters, and perform other basic maintenance tasks
• Assist with light plumbing and electrical work under supervision
• Monitor the community for safety hazards and report issues promptly
• Keep maintenance shops, storage areas, and equipment clean and organized
• Distribute notices to residents as needed
• Support the team with general daily tasks and special projects
