About The Position
A National Property Management Company is seeking a full-time Groundskeeper / Porter at a prestigious apartment community Position Overview -- Groundskeepers/Porters, under the supervision of the General Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor, are responsible for the general cleanliness of all assigned work areas.
Requirements
- Full-time position
- Prior maintenance or janitorial experience preferred
- Must have a good history of dependability and job performance
- Team player
- Self-motivated
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the interior/exterior cleanliness of all buildings.
- Trash removal and operation of trash compactor and or dumpster.
- Assisting in the preparation of vacant units for rent ready status.
- Care for property owned maintenance equipment
- Treat residents with respect, efficiency and courtesy.
