About The Position

The Groundskeeper role at Miller Village Apartments, a 153 unit affordable family community in Kingsport, TN, is responsible for maintaining the overall curb appeal of the property. This role involves walking the property to pick up trash, sweeping breezeways, cleaning out common areas, cleaning out vacant apartments, and performing light maintenance duties. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
