About The Position
The Part-Time Groundskeeper at Ventron Management LLC is responsible for maintaining the lawns, bushes, and trees of housing facilities to ensure their visual appeal. This role includes performing minor repairs and maintaining curb appeal as directed by the Property Manager. The position requires living on the property and working between 20 to 25 hours per week, primarily on weekends and as needed.
