About The Position
To supervise the groundskeeping staff in the maintenance and upkeep of all grounds including plants, trees, lawn areas, drives and walkways, ponds irrigation systems and all equipment to provide guest safety and satisfaction. POSITION SUMMARY: The Groundskeeper Lead maintains the grounds on Company premises.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Must qualify to drive company vehicles with clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Mows lawns.
- Performs maintenance on the walking-trails.
- Removes weeds on the grounds.
- Trims shrubs as needed.
- Waters various types of landscapes.
- Removes snow and ice during inclement weather.
- Removes debris as needed.
- ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
