About The Position
JTB apartments in Jacksonville, FL has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Groundskeeper! The goal of this position is to provide residents with a clean, well-maintained living environment. To accomplish this goal, the responsibilities of the Groundskeeper include but are not limited to grounds pick up, landscaping, snow removal, record keeping, assisting and accepting deliveries, moving appliances, assisting with general repairs, and any other related duties, as directed by the Site Manager, Assistant Manager, Regional Property Manager.
