About The Position

As an Equipment Operator at Treetops Resort, you will play a critical role in ensuring our five golf courses are maintained to the highest standards. This position is seasonal and offers an opportunity to work in the great outdoors, contributing significantly to the golfing experience by maintaining the beauty and playability of the courses.

Requirements

• Must have a genuine interest in outdoor work, capable of adapting to various weather conditions.
• Required to be at least 16 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Must be physically capable of operating equipment safely and efficiently.

Nice To Haves

• experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate mowing and maintenance equipment for golf course greens, tees, and fairways, adhering to turf management best practices.
• Utilize utility carts and turbine blowers for effective debris management and course cleanliness.
• Pay close attention to detail in grooming and manicuring golf course playing surfaces to meet the high standards expected by players.
• Follow operational and safety protocols rigorously to maintain equipment and ensure a safe working environment.
• Other duties as required.
