About The Position

We are currently seeking a skilled groundskeeper for a property management firm in Jacksonville to maintain and enhance the curb appeal and value of our properties. The candidate will be responsible for the daily upkeep/curb appeal of the property, including grounds pickup, trash removal, lobby and hallway cleaning, and assisting maintenance technicians as needed. This is a full-time position split between two communities. The selected applicant must demonstrate a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to handle moderate lifting
• Background check and pre-employment drug test

Responsibilities

• Meticulous upkeep of community grounds
• Pick up trash and dispose of it in designated receptacles
• Empty waste receptacles throughout the community
• Industrial cleaning where appropriate
• Clean and polish floors, hallways, etc.
• Performs other related duties as assigned
