About The Position

As a Ranger at RangeWater, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the appearance of the community by performing tasks to keep the grounds, amenities, and overall curb appeal of the property in top condition. This position involves completing minor repairs under the direction of the Service Manager and ensuring that all common areas are neat and free of litter. You will also engage with residents, demonstrating customer service skills and complying with safety policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Property Management and Customer Service background preferred.
• Rudimentary knowledge of company software and ability to perform standard repetitive tasks.
• Current Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings.
• Ensure all common areas, office space, and amenities are neat and free of litter inside and outside at all times.
• Remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to starting the make-ready process.
• Transfer trash to dumpster/storage area as applicable and clean and maintain dumpster/storage areas.
• Complete service requests as assigned.
• Distribute notices and communications to residents as necessary.
• Inform supervisor of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation.
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents and others with respect.
• Comply with safety and risk-management policies by attending safety meetings and completing required training.
