About The Position
The position is located at the Morningside Campus and involves performing various groundskeeping functions as specified by job orders, supervisors, or gardeners. The role requires maintaining cleanliness and litter pick-up in assigned areas, sweeping walks, raking lawns and shrubbery beds, digging holes for new plantings, and using and maintaining related hand tools. The position also involves operating small power tools and assisting other grounds staff in their duties. Additionally, the candidate must be available for snow removal on a 24-hour basis, seven days a week.
