About The Position

A National Property Management Company seeks to hire a Groundskeeper/ Porter for our beautiful apartment community. Groundskeepers/Porters, under the supervision of the General Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor, are responsible for the general cleanliness of all assigned work areas.

Requirements

• Full time position
• Prior Maintenance/Janitorial experience preferred
• Team player
• Self motivated - independent worker

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the interior/exterior cleanliness of the building
• Trash removal and operation of trash compactor
• Assisting in the preparation of vacant units
• Cleaning property common areas
• Care for property owned maintenance equipment
