POSITION OVERVIEW Perform all Groundskeeping duties such as mowing, mulching, flower beds, leaf removal, trimming of small trees & bushes, snow removal Small repairs to walks & parking lots May have to apply pesticides Will be responsible for cleaning and performing minor adjustments to grounds equipment Will assist with miscellaneous small jobs during the off season such as painting and other tasks given by Supervisor About Merakey Merakey is a non-profit provider of developmental, behavioral health, and education services. Requirements

Minimally 1 full year experience
Knowledge of Lawn/Soil/Tree/Bush maintenance
Must be able to be exposed to outdoor environmental conditions for long periods of time
Must be able to operate power equipment including Bucket Loader
Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated
Must possess a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Perform all Groundskeeping duties such as mowing, mulching, flower beds, leaf removal, trimming of small trees & bushes, snow removal
Small repairs to walks & parking lots
May have to apply pesticides
