About The Position

The Full Time Groundskeeper at The Manchester Oaks Apartments is responsible for maintaining the grounds and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for residents. This role requires proven experience in grounds keeping and maintenance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The company has been in the industry for over 35 years and is expanding, providing numerous opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Perform light maintenance including changing light bulbs, testing smoke and fire alarms, and painting
• Ensure all common areas are cleaned and ready for residents
• Perform seasonal grounds work to ensure the property is clean and well maintained
