About The Position
Great Escapes RV Resorts is a growing company specializing in acquisition, development, and management of RV Resorts throughout the United States. Our leaders serve a diverse sector of the RV resort / hospitality industry. We are seeking individuals who possess the skills and interest to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team. We welcome you to apply to be part of this exciting industry. Positions include park managers, work campers, housekeepers, maintenance personnel and more. The Maintenance & Grounds Crew is responsible for the overall maintenance of the camp-resort, including but not limited to the facilities, equipment, and overall resort appearance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as maintenance technician.
- Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems.
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
- Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
- Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime.
Nice To Haves
- Experience driving large tractors is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Help Inspect and maintain recreation facilities and equipment.
- Mowing, weed-wicking, weeding, etc. required.
- Attendance at weekly team meetings.
- Help maintain a planned maintenance program to ensure that sites and services continue operation without interruption and to the required standards.
- Learning how to check and balance chemicals in the pool.
- Removal of trash and preparation of campsites for new guests.
- Other Job Duties as assigned.
- Possess exceptional guest relations skills.
