To assist the Facility Supervisor in maintaining a safe and clean school environment for students and staff. Qualifications to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required to be successful: Valid Arizona Driver’s License Experienced with various grounds maintenance tools and equipment Knowledge of sprinkler systems and ability to repair such systems Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work with staff, teachers and students at various educational levels Proficient communicator with excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of district staff and with a diverse community Able and willing to work in a team atmosphere Ability to work independently when necessary Ability to use constructive techniques to resolve conflict Skills: Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully; develops alternative solutions; works well in individual and group problem solving situations.
